Refund / Returns / Exchange Policy

We hope never to have a faulty product as we take great care in producing our work and we trust that you will absolutely love your purchase.

However, please remember to inspect your products immediately upon receipt, as if for any reason the products are not to your satisfaction, you will need to notify us if the product is damaged or incorrect within 7 days to request a returns form. Products which have been damaged or the incorrect item received, if returned within the 7 day period with the return form, will either be refunded or exchanged and any return postage fees will be refunded back to you. We cannot accept exchange or refund for products that have been damaged due to improper application.

Items which are not damaged or incorrect* can be returned within 7 days of the purchase date via registered delivery. On such returns you will be charged a 25% handling fee. The remaining balance from the value of the item will be issued as a credit note. Postage fees will not be refunded for such returns.

*Incorrect; an incorrect product does not relate to dissatisfaction of size, design or colour. We do specify that vinyl colours may vary due to differences in monitor settings and we do advise that you initially request for a free colour sample guide from our website.

For a custom design we will send a proof visual for your approval. Once your approval is received we cannot be held liable for any discrepancies.

Cancellations 

If you decide to cancel your order before we can process the order we will refund the full amount as a credit note. If a credit note is not preferred on this occasion then we shall credit the account payable minus a 15% administration fee.
